Blue Penguin & Other Seabirds Resource - just launched!
Zoe Watson and The West Coast Penguin Trust have just launched a new resource, 'Blue Penguins & Other Seabirds - Activities for exploration and action for schools and community groups'
You can read all about it here: http://www.bluepenguin.org.nz/education/ It uses the Enviroschools Action Learning Cycle, develops action competence, and is designed to meet the needs of level 2 children, although easily adaptable for other ages.
You can download the resource for free or contact the West Coast Penguin Trust for a hard copy. The Trust are very passionate about blue penguins and do wonderful work along the West Coast. Make sure you 'Like' their Facebook page too, https://www.facebook.com/bluepenguintrust
